The exhibition “Drawn from Life” presents the artist’s lesser known works on paper – drawings in ink, graphite, acrylic, gesso, and collage. Made between 1970 and 1976 in a drawing group with her male peers, Brown reveals an elegant vitality in her sophisticated compositions of the human form.
